Medication reminders and alerts
Never miss an appointment or medication again! HSS now provides automated reminders (the reminders can be setup both by the patient or by the disease management program they are part of).
Reminders can be setup for a physician's appointment or medication. The users will be notified by email or if they are subscribed to the enterprise version, by SMS Text messaging to the mobile phone. Studies have shown that real time notifications improve patient compliance.
The system also includes the ability to setup recurring events. A simple interface allows the user or the DM administrator to setup the reminders.
When you register a mobile phone, the system sends a confirmation code by SMS and asks the users to enter it as part of the phone registration process.
