Now you can easily covert your paper medical records into electronic format! FAX2EHR is an innovative service from Health Support Systems that provides you the ability to upload paper medical records into HSS!

To use this feature:
  • Login to your enterprise account and select Upload paper records
  • The system will display a fax cover sheet with an unique identifier
  • Fax the cover sheet along with your medical records to the number shown
  • Your data will be processed, verified and available in the system within 3-5 working days!
