Bala Selvarajan
Bala is an entrepreneur and a technology expert with over a decade of experience. Most recently he was the Engineering Divisional Manager at Pronto Networks, a provider of carrier-class Operations Support Systems (OSS). Prior to that he co-founded Jexp Inc, a leading provider of financial solutions to banks and credit unions. Prior to that he was part of Texas Instruments, India. He is an expert in Java and is known in the Open Source Software community. He is the creator of JPerl, an Open Source Java-Perl Bridge. He has authored several papers and articles published in leading professional journals. He received his Masters in Computer Science from Anna University, Madras, India.

Dr. Jaan Sidorov
Dr Sidorov was most recently the medical director of care coordination at Geisinger Health Plan. He is also a practicing primary physician. He chairs the board of PMSLIC, the largest physician-led malpractice insurance company in Pennsylvania. He is also an executive board member of DMAA.

Lee Hagelshaw
Lee is a practicing attorney with more than a decade of experience. He is the founder of Global Trademark Network Inc. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan and also received a BA in economics from this institution. He authored the book "Computer User's Legal Guide" published by Chilton Books.

Otto F. Wolke
Mr. Otto F. Wolke is CEO of Schellen & Partners Inc. USA. He leads a team of physicians, pharmacists and health economists, conducting outcomes and health delivery research and practice work to improve the quality of medical care.

Raj Sundar
Raj is an entrepreneur and a database expert with over 12 years of experience. Raj is an advisor to HSS and is the VP Products and Services at Pronto. Prior to that Raj co-founded Jexp Inc, a leading provider of financial solutions to banks and credit unions. Before Jexp Inc, he worked for the U.A.E Exchange Center in Abu Dhabi. He received his Masters in Mathematics from Anna University, Madras, India.

Dr. Susan Jennings
Dr Jennings was most recently a Senior Director at Pfizer Health Solutions Inc., where she was instrumental in setting up their DM program. She is also on the board of DMAA.

Timothy Cahill
Mr. Cahill has over 20 years of executive level marketing and business development experience in the healthcare and healthcare cost management services industry focusing on both the payer and provider markets, as well as, the growing consumer directed health services markets. Prior to joining Health Support Systems, Mr. Cahill was the founder and CEO of My Medical Control, LLC, a web enabled, consumer directed claim cost management intermediary recently acquired by a privately held software technology company.

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavor, Mr. Cahill served in various executive roles within successful healthcare services organizations such as Concentra, Inc. (Now Viant Health Payment Solutions, a Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe portfolio company), Trover Solutions (Formerly Healthcare Recoveries Inc.) and United States Surgical Corporation, with specific focus on new business development and strategic revenue growth opportunities.

Mr. Cahill is actively involved with the entrepreneurship program at the University of Dayton School of Business Administration where he holds a Bachelors of Science degree with specific emphasis on Finance and Marketing. He lives with his family in Louisville, KY.
